Undergoing our online teleconsultation whereby you submit specific information, to the extent necessary, which may include health information, medical conditions, medical reports, healthcare records, images;
Financial information, for the purposes of paying for our Services. Payment information provided by you is not stored by us, and is securely collected and processed by our payment service provider exclusively. Unless and until you are a service provider with us and we need that information for billing and reconciliation, we will not store such details with us;
Enquiring about, or applying for, job vacancies;
Additional information relevant to your use of our Platform and Services, such as your marketing preferences, survey responses and feedback.
